Leo’s career spans over 25 years broad working and consulting experience in various fields spanning finance, oil and gas, project management, and international development. He has raised finance for various public and private entities including state governments and export oriented private equity investors. He presently manages the development of a series of oil and gas research Centres for industry operators, regulator and the academia two of which are in natural gas.
Leo holds an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the School of African and Oriental Studies (SOAS), University of London; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nigeria, and Certifications in Project Finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) from the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF). Leo is also a Google-certified Project Manager.

Director, Engineering Solutions
Dr. Onoh Ikechukwu Maxwell is a seasoned professional with 19 years of experience in academia, research, and industry. He specializes in chemical engineering, project management, environmental engineering, and renewable energy systems. Dr. Maxwell has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (ESUT), an M.Sc. in Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering (TUHH, Germany), an MBA, and certifications in project management and health & safety (NEBOSH IGC I, II & III). He is a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is currently a senior lecturer at ESUT and the former head of the chemical engineering department, ESUT.
Dr. Onoh is the Director and Head of Goshen II Technique Limited Oil an Gas Engineering solutions and operates with the highest industry standards to keep Goshen II technique at the cutting edge of service delivery in Nigeria oil and gas.

Moses is an architect, built environment specialist, researcher and development consultant. He is also the Goshen II technique Director of Built Environment. An Associate Professor of Architecture (on Leave of Absence), Department of Architecture, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, he also coordinates Doctoral Degree Programme of the Department of Architecture, University of Nigeria Enugu Campus; Coordinator (Doctoral Degree Programme), Department of Architecture, Abia State University, Uturu; Chairman (Research Committee), Department of Architecture, Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu; and an Executive Partner (Project Development), Alternative Environment Services, Enugu. He has several years of broad work experience and has been involved directly and indirectly with several international and local development projects in constructions – national students’ hostels -, quarry plants and upgrades, agriculture and agro value chain development including post-harvest initiatives.

Betty is an enthusiastic professional with practical experience in various aspects of enterprise and real estate. A graduate with degree in business & finance and certification in Project Management supported with project/property financing, negotiation and representation experience at all decision-making levels in the public and the private sector, Betty is responsible for Project Management. Betty holds a B.A (Hons) in Social Science from the University of Westminster, London, and a professional certification in Project Management from Charterhouse, Farringdon, London; in addition to a host of other certificates and diplomas. Her experience spans Real Estate, Project Management and Administration covering extensive periods in UK and Nigeria where she worked for various organizations including:
Betty has also served in the 7th D8 summit of Heads of State/of Government as part of the consultancy team under the Hon Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Permanent Secretary at the State House in Abuja
Financial Director
Ayo is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of long-standing repute and has served in various organizations as financial controller and loan syndicator for both offshore and local capital. Ayo’s working experience spans stints in accounting, finance, oil and gas and leasing beginning at Deloitte in 1991 where he qualified as a chartered accountant from where he joined Bouygues Engineering and Construction Company as senior accountant in 1997 and subsequently, Head of Procurement.
Between 2014 and 2016, Ayo served in the role of General Manager Finance and Compliance at the UK Group, Achilles Information Ltd; operator of the Nigeria Petroleum Exchange (NIPEX). His role involved ensuring the growth and profitability of the organization in addition to risk management and optimum liquidity.
Earlier in his career, Ayo served as the Group Financial Controller of premium leasing company, C&I leasing Plc, providing strategic financial control with supervision of the treasury, management accounting, and financial / statutory accounts. In this capacity, he successfully coordinated the issuance of a $12m offshore convertible loan stock in addition to raising an 8-billion-naira five-year debt instrument for institutional investors in the Nigeria capital market.
The role also included strengthening controls in the Treasury & finance area, providing various statutory and management reports, improving funding profile and capital efficiency. Ayo coordinated the issuance of a 12 Million dollars’ convertible loan stock in 2009 and the issuance of 8 billion naira bond in 2012 Ayo holds an M.Sc in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University and a post graduate diploma in Management information system from the University of Ibadan. He is a Certified Risk and Compliance professional.
