SME - INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT & TECHNICAL SERVICES

Central to our SME and Industrial Development product is our services in agriculture (tomato processing) and industrial parks development

SME & Industrial Development

Building on our partnership with Jetion Solar, China (http://en.jetion.com.cn/), we designed the rehabilitation of the only solar panel assembly plant in Nigeria for the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, NASENI (www.naseni.org); the NASENI Solar Panel Manufacturing facility, Karshi, Abuja. We also procured 1000KW high grade material for the assembly plant and provided technical back-up for the assembly.

Our experts have also developed the investment proposal for Tomato Processing in Northern Nigeria covering the states of the tomato belt for the UN food agency, IFAD. The project evaluated the tomato industry in Northern Nigeria, the input supply chain, and markets, producing a financial analysis of industry and proposal for private and public investment in tomato processing in Nigeria.

Elsewhere, we designed concepts for important industrial parks for (1) youth employment in the Niger Delta, the UNOPS-Delta State industrial training facility in Egbokoda, Warri; and supported the concept building for the Nigeria Oil and Gas Parks (NoGAPS) being developed by the Nigeria Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB (www.ncdmb.gov.ng). In this regard, we have trained over 40 officers and Managers of the Board for the development and management of the industrial parks.

Our services in SME & industrial development feature:

Potable Water Supply

Borehole Drilling:

Our rigs can achieve depths of 0 – 210meters in very difficult conditions. We are also able to power schemes with solar power – and always advocate this option – in order to eliminate the exorbitant cost of generator procurement, maintenance and fueling, which has been found very difficult to manage in water schemes.

Intake Works:

Our intake works build on harnessing existing water resources in communities, e.g., perennial natural spring, streams, rivers and other water sources. Usually, water is impounded in a convenient location to support intake and distribution.

Reticulation:

We also provide and usually advise reticulation of water for communities to increase access. Our targets often include the community square and strategic institutions like health centres and schools. We can reticulate for long distances using solar energy to power and build required pressure at locations to augment water flow.

Water Treatment & Purification:

Irrespective of water quality at source, provided sufficient recharge is established, we are able to purify different volumes of water using specific treatment plants, filters and applications to achieve portability. Our treatment and purification applications come from UNIMEX range of products including: 1. The AQUALife Technology which is an all-round ion exchanger suitable for treatment of Sulphur oxide, oil, emulsions, aliphatic, phosphate, toxides and formaldehydes. 2. FERO-Lite, which is suitable for the removal of iron, hydrogen sulphide, arsenic and manganese. The following illustrate the various treatment plants, capacity and solutions we can provide.

Energy Solutions

Corporate Solutions

GOSHEN provides back-up power solutions for corporate / office application to help organizations eliminate the cost of diesel purchase, generator maintenance and management while achieving steady power for computers and other work appliances. This is total power independence. Our delivery strategy requires a formal power audit which identifies the key power requirement for the organization before crafting a suitable design.

Solar Power for Water Systems

At the heart of our potable water delivery is the sustainability. Our sustainable criteria require that water systems be powered with solar power as against the use of diesel generators. We completely discourage the use of diesel power generators for obvious reasons:
