Leo holds an MSc in Finance (Economic Policy) from the School of African and Oriental Studies (SOAS), University of London; a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Nigeria, and Certifications in Project Finance and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) from the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF).
Leo’s career spans over 25 years broad working and consulting experience in various fields spanning finance, industrial development, international development, and project management. He has raised finance for various public and private entities including state governments and export oriented private equity investors.
Leo has also served in several institutions and the public and private sectors as top level management staff and consultant including the United Nations, European Union, USAID, oil and gas, public and the private sector. Notable organizations he has served either as staff or consultant include:
